Tour / Activity Details
72 Hours Minimum Advance Booking Required. Certified divers only. Minimum age is 12. Participants must be in good physical and mental condition, with no respiratory, cardiovascular or ear problems. This excursion is not suitable for expectant mothers. Equipment rental fees (35 USD per person, subject to change) are NOT included and must be paid at check-in. Tour does not include hotel pickup; you will meet at a convenient location in the marina in Cabo San Lucas. Rates are per person in US dollars. There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.
Tour / Activity Policies
Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Take a journey of discovery as you dive into the heart of the Sea of Cortés to this marine sanctuary that is home to over 200 species of fish and sea life including big-eyed jacks, snappers, porkfish, large schooling fish, sea turtles and much more. Some of the highlights are el Islote, el Bajo, los Cantiles and the shipwreck El Colima, which was a tuna boat sunk by a storm in 1939 whose pilothouse and hull are now covered in corals, green anemones and a few dazzling nudibranchs. This spectacular dive site is one of the most incredible places in the world for diving and can be best enjoyed through responsible diving. Dive sites subject to change daily based on sea conditions.

You’ll want to schedule at the right time. June to December offers the greatest visibility, warmest water and longest periods of calm weather. Visibility can exceed 100 feet but averages 40-50. The temperature averages between 78°F and 85°F.

Restrictions
- Minimum age: 12 years old
- Expecting mothers are restricted
- Certified divers must provide proof of certification
- At least one immersion in the 12 months prior to diving date is required
- Based on PADI’s flying after diving recommendations, certified divers shouldn’t fly within 18 hours after two or more dives in a day
- Guests with respiratory, cardiovascular or ear problems are restricted
- Be in good mental and physical condition for diving
- Avoid being under the influence of alcohol or drugs while diving
- Good mental and physical conditions are required
- An acknowledgement of risk will need to be signed before participation

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the depths of the dives and how are they supervised? -- Depths depend on experience and level. The general guidelines state 60 feet for Open Water certification and 100 feet for Advanced Open Water certification. The máximum group size is 3 buddy teams to one guide. If you have no buddy you will pair up with the guide.
May I bring my own equipment? -- Although the guides provide you with all the necessary equipment for your dive, you may bring your own. However, this does not alter the price.
